威海市立医院两院区病案一体化管理探索

摘　　要：1随着医疗改革的不断深入以及医疗市场的逐渐多元化,病案的规范化、信息化、精细化、科学化管理已经成为现代医院管理的必然趋势。2病案信息管理作为医院信息管理的重要组成部分,已成为医院决策、精细化科学管理的基础,充分利用现代化技术提高管理水平和病案信息的利用,为医院经营管理提供依据。目前该院已实施了两院区病案信息一体化管理的模式。3较实行两院区一体化管理前,实行后,工作效率明显提高,且劳动强度有所降低。另外,施行后,病案质控管理目标、标准统一,统计数据完整性、准确性提高。Objective①With the gradual deepening of diversified health care reform and the health care market, the stan-dardization of medical records, information technology, refinement, scientific management has become an inevitable trend of modern hospital management. ② medical record information management as an important part of hospital information man-agement, decision-making has become a hospital, fine basis of scientific management, full use of modern technology to im-prove the level of management and use of medical record information, provide the basis for hospital management. At pre-sent, I have implemented a bicameral district hospital medical record information integrated management model. ③ com-pared with before the implementation of the integrated management of both houses of area, after practice, working efficiency is improved and the labor intensity decreased. In addition, after the implementation, case management objective quality con-trol, standardization, statistical data integrity, accuracy is improved.
