摘　　要：医院提高ICU病房的护理质量可为病人病情的好转创造条件。在现阶段中,医院应用的护理管理方法主要为层级护理的管理。该文主要研究在多层面管理下的护理管理模式的在医院ICU护理中的应用效果。Through improving the nursing quality of ICU, the hospital can create conditions for the patient＆#39;s condition im-proved. Recently, in hospital multi-zone supervision with a team leader is the mainly mode of nursing management. This paper mainly studies how the nursing management mode of multi-zone supervision with a team applies in the hospital ICU nursing.
