摘　　要：近年来,我国医患纠纷频发,双方冲突频繁且部分走向极端化,从正常的医患关系走到言语暴力、肢体冲突甚至发生恶性事件,再加上一些不负责任的媒体煽风点火,大肆片面报道医患纠纷新闻,不断扭曲社会舆论导向,现如今只要听到、看到医患纠纷的报道,已形成一种社会共识,多数人认为都是医院、医生的不负责任,整个行业只向钱看的结果,医患矛盾逐步升级。不论从患者角度还是医院层面,对医疗质量的要求越来越高,随着医学模式的转变,患者健康维权意识的增强,已经不仅仅局限于医疗技术水平,正在逐步向人文方面拓延续,所以医院的质量控制体系建设必须跟上时代的步伐,伐陈创新,与时俱进,不断丰富质控体系的内涵,加强人文建设,切实提高医疗质量,保障患者安全,该文从缓解医患纠纷角度论述医疗质量体系建设的重要性,阐述质控体系的建设。In recent years, China＇s frequent disputes between doctors and patients, frequent clashes between the two sides and part to extreme, from the normal relationship between doctors and patients go to verbal violence, physical conflict or even vicious incident, plus some not negative responsibility of the media to stir up trouble, has formed a kind of social con-sensus, doctor-patient conflicts escalate. Whether from the perspective of patients or hospitals, the medical quality require-ments are increasingly high, not only limited to the level of medical technology, is gradually extended to the humanities, so the quality control system construction must keep pace with the times, Chen Chuangxin, with the times, constantly enrich the connotation of quality control system, strengthen the construction of medical quality, improve the quality system, the pa-per discusses the importance of quality control system construction.
