摘　　要：通过回顾分析我国临床药师现状及临床药师队伍建设中存在的不利因素,探讨我国临床药师发展的趋势和方向。提出相应解决方法,为促进我国临床药师的发展提供参考。A discussion of the trend and direction of clinical pharmacist in China, through reviewing and analyzing the cur-rent situation of clinical pharmacists and the unfavorable factors in the construction of clinical pharmacists. Put forward the corresponding solution methods, to provide reference for promoting the development of clinical pharmacists in China.
