摘　　要：目的探讨资阳市区域消毒供应中心的建设、管理及实践,分析其临床应用价值。方法设置区域性消毒供应中心,观察记录成立区域性消毒供应中心前后区域无菌物品消毒质量情况,调查手术医生对器械物品准备的满意度以及消毒供应运营成本。结果成立区域性消毒供应中心后,清洗消毒、检查包装、器械质量及灭菌监测记录合格率均高于成立前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成立区域性消毒供应中心前手术医生对器械物品准备的满意度为58.00%,成立后满意度为93.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒供应中心年平均运营成本以该院为例,成立前总运营成本为330万元/年,单位成本27.55元;成立后总运营成本为352.68万元,单位成本23.20元,单位运营成本明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成立区域性消毒供应中心,有利于提高医院物品消毒灭菌物品的质量,节约医院运行成本,有助于资源有效利用,适合临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the construction, management, and practice of regional sterile supply centers of Ziyang City, and analyze the clinical application values. Methods Regional sterile supply centers were established, the qualities of sterilization of regional sterile materials before and after establishment of the regional sterile supply centers were observed and recorded, and the degree of satisfaction of surgeons to preparation of instruments and materials and the operation cost of the sterile supplies were investigated. Results After the establishment of the regional sterile supply centers, the qualification rates of cleaning and stabilization, package inspection, quality of instruments, and stabilization monitoring record were high-er than those before the establishment, and the differences were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）. The degrees of satisfac-tion of surgeons to preparation of instruments and materials before and after the establishment of the regional sterile supply centers were 58.00% and 93.00%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Taking our hospital for example, the annual mean operation costs of the whole hospital and the department before the establishment were 3.30 million yuan / year and 27.55 yuan / year, respectively; while those after the establishment were 3.5268 million yuan / year and 23.20 yuan /year; the operation cost of the department was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Establishment of regional sterile supply centers is beneficial to the elevation of the quality of sterilized materials of the hospital and saving the operation cost of the hospital, is helpful to use the resources effectively, and is applicable to clinical application.
