摘　　要：目的调查基层医疗机构中中药的服务能力,为合理配置医疗卫生资源、提高中医药在基层使用率和服务水平、充分发挥中医药在基层卫生工作中的优势和作用提供理论基础。方法采用药物流行病学整群调查的研究方法,统一填报调查表收集相关信息,分析河南省基层医疗机构中药饮片的配备、收入情况以及中药饮片和中成药的品种数量的具体情况。结果基层医疗机构中药饮片配备情况表明有中药饮片的基层医疗机构一般可保证常用品种。相同级别医疗机构中不论从中药饮片品种数量、收入以及中药饮片收入占药品收入比例方面均差别较大。不同级别的基层医疗机构药占比结果表明县、乡、村三级医疗机构药占比依次增加。结论基层医疗机构中中药服务能力发展不均衡,需采取有力措施提高基层医疗机构的综合服务能力。Objective To investigate the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine in primary medical institutions, to provide a theoretical basis for the rational allocation of health resources, improve the utilization rate and service level of traditional Chinese medicine, and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in primary health work provides the theoretical foundation and function.Metnods Using the method of the whole group investigation of drug epi-demiology,Unified fill in the questionnaire to collect relevant information,analysis of the basic medical institutions in Henan Province, the allocation of Chinese patent drug, income and the number of varieties of herbal decoction pieces and Chinese patent drug.Results Basic medical institutions of herbal decoction pieceswith the situation that there areherbal decoction pieces of basic medical institutions generally can ensure that commonly used varieties. Regardless of the same level of medical institutions in terms of the number of herbal decoction pieces, as well as the amount of herbal decoction pieces, the proportion of drug income accounted for a large proportion of the difference. Different levels of primary medical institutions accounted for more than the results showed that the county, township, village three medical institutions accounted for in order to increase. Conclusion The development of traditional Chinese medicine service ability in basic medical institutions is not balanced, the need to take effective measures to improve the comprehensive service ability of primary health care institutions.
