现代针灸教材关于颈椎病的“同功穴”分析

摘　　要：目的整理现代针灸教材中主治颈椎病的腧穴,归纳总结出颈椎病的＂同功穴＂及其规律谱,为腧穴配伍及针灸处方提供理论依据。方法基于网络检索和人工检索两种途径,检索27部现代针灸教材中主治颈椎病的腧穴,分析颈椎病的＂同功穴＂及其规律,对其进行频次、归经、所在部位、规律谱分析,与《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T30233-2013》对比并进行分析。结果与结论通过统计27部现代针灸教材中主治颈椎病的＂同功穴＂有60个,所属经脉以足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、手太阳小肠经、督脉为主,穴位所在部位以头颈部、上肢为主。将出现频次在23∽27次的腧穴定为1级谱,共22个腧穴;将出现频次在5~22次的腧穴定为2级谱,共25个腧穴;将出现频次在1~4次的腧穴定为3级谱,共13个腧穴。《腧穴主治·国家标准》中治疗颈椎病的腧穴共有40个,其中40个与颈椎病的＂同功穴＂相一致,表明颈椎病的＂同功穴＂与国家标准基本吻合。Objective Through the arrangement of modern acupuncture acupoints indications of cervical spondylosis in the textbooks, sum up the ＂analogous point＂ and its regularity of cervical spondylosis, provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription. Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual re- trieval two ways to retrieve 27 attending cervical spondylosis in the textbooks of modem acupuncture acupoints, analy- sis of the ＂analogous point＂ and its law of cervical spondylosis, and carries on the frequency, the spectrum analysis, which is, rules, and the acupoints indications. The National Standard GB/T30233-2013 compared and analyzed. Re- stilts and Conclusion Through statistical 27 of modern acupuncture and moxibustion indications of cervical spondy- losis in the textbooks of 60 ＂analogous polnts＂, subordinate to the meridians to foot Shaoyang bile, Zutaiyang, hand side of the small intestine, Du meridian is given priority to, points, which is given priority to with head and neck, and upper limbs. There will appear frequency in 23-27 times as the primary spectrum, a total of 22 acupoints. There will be a frequency in 5-22 acupoints, as the secondary spectrum, a total of 25 acupoints. There will be a frequency in 1-4 times of acupoints, a three - level spectrum, a total of 13 acupoints. The National Standard in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of acupoints in 40 acupoints, including 40 is consistent with the ＂analogous point＂ of cervical spondylosis.
