摘 要:该文通过振动肌肉训练16名青年男子,研究机械振动刺激训练对肌肉力量的影响以振动训练的主要作用目标,从肌肉横截面积、最大负荷、力量等方面对振动训练的效果以及可行性进行验证。研究表明:机械性振动刺激训练可增加肌肉力量,使肌肉力量素质提高。附加振动刺激可增加肌纤维能源物质以及肌凝蛋白含量,从而增大肌纤维横断面积。与此同时,附加振动刺激在不同程度上增加肌肉收缩成分和弹性成分的张力,进而使肌肉力量得到增强。In this paper, the vibration of the muscle training on 16 young men, the study of mechanical vibration stimulation training effect on the muscle strength in the main role of vibration training goal, from the feasibility of muscle cross-sectional area, power, maximum load and vibration training and validation. The study found: mechanical vibration stimulation training can promote the increase of muscle strength, improve muscle strength quality. Additional vibration stimulation can promote muscle fiber material and energy increased myosin content increased, thereby promoting muscle fiber cross-sectional area thickening. At the same time, additional vibration stimulation can increase the stimulation of muscle contraction and elastic component of tension in different extent, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing muscle strength.
