醒脑开窍针刺法结合灵龟八法治疗脑卒中后昼间嗜睡

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法结合灵龟八法治疗脑卒中后昼间嗜睡的临床疗效。方法将70例脑卒中后昼间嗜睡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予醒脑开窍针刺法结合灵龟八法治疗,对照组予醒脑开窍结合药物治疗,比较2种治疗方案对患者Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠量表质量指数(PSQI)的影响及临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,2组患者的ESS评分和PSQI评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组ESS评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01),2组PSQI评分改善情况无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法结合灵龟八法改善脑卒中后昼间嗜睡患者夜间睡眠质量的效果与药物相近,同时可更有效地改善白天嗜睡的症状。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy with ＂LGBF＂ acupunc- ture on post - stroke EDS. Methods Seventy patients diagnosed definitely with post - stroke excessive daytime sleep- iness were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, each group had 35 cases. The treatment group received ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy with ＂LGBFI＂ acupuncture and the control group received ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy plus medication. Compared with the two kind of treatments＇influence to the ESS,PSQI and clinical symptom. Results After treatment of 4 weeks, in both groups the ESS and PSQI were better than those before treatment （P〈0.01）; after treatment the ESS and total efficacy rate of treatment group were better than control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, but the two groups＇ PSQI showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The treatment group total effective rate was higher than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy with ＂LGBF＂ acupuncture can effectively improve the ESS assessment and clinical symptom of poststroke excessive daytime sleepi- ness patients, and has similar effect with medication on improve patients＂ sleep quality at night.
