摘　　要：全民健身作为我国群众体育事业发展的一项重要任务已经进入了社会发展的新阶段。在体育现代化进程中,要实现苏南群众体育的新突破,更好地发挥在苏南经济、文化、社会建设等方面的价值和功能,就必须转变群众体育的发展方式,探索一条与苏南地域文化相协调、并符合现代体育发展规律的新路子。首先满足苏南群众日益增长的体育需求,建设群众体育强地域为目标,完善苏南基本公共体育法服务体系为重点,建立具有中国特色的符合苏南地域实际的群众体育发展的新路径。National fitness as an important task for the development of mass sports in China has entered a new stage of social development. In sports in the process of modernization, the mass sports in southern Jiangsu to achieve a new leap in the mass sports, to better play value and function in the Sunan region economy, culture and social construction, we must realize the transformation of the mode of development of mass sports. To explore a new way and the culture of South of Jiangsu is coordinated, and in accordance with the law of the development of the modern sports. First meet the sports needs of the growing masses in the south of Jiangsu Province, construction of mass sports of strong regional as the goal, improve the Sunan basic public sports service system as the key to establish, with Chinese characteristics of the Sunan region the actual development of mass sports in the new path.
