摘 要:本文基于1996—2013年对40个主要贸易伙伴国的出口数据,利用引力模型考察知识产权保护强度对中国出口贸易扩展边际和集约边际的影响效应。回归结果表明:总体而言,知识产权保护强度对中国出口贸易边际的影响显著为正,而且对出口贸易集约边际的影响远大于对出口贸易扩展边际的影响;分行业而言,知识产权保护强度对中低技术和高技术行业出口贸易边际的影响更显著;分国别而言,知识产权保护强度对中国高技术行业和中低技术行业出口发达国家的贸易边际的影响程度远大于中国同类行业出口发展中国家的贸易边际的影响。Based on the trade data of China exporting to 40 trade partners in 1996-2013, the paper uses the gravity model, to exam the effect of intellectual property rights protection on the extensive and intensive margins of China's export. The regression results indicate that the effect of intellectual property rights protection on China's export margins is significantly positive and the effect on the intensive trade margin is far more than it on the extensive margin. At the disaggregate industry level, the effect of intellectual property rights protection on the export margins of low-tech and high-tech industries is more significant. At the country level, the effect of intellectual property rights protection on the margins of low-tech and high-tech industries that was exported to the developed countries is far more than that was exported to the developing countries.
