摘　　要：以高技术产业总产值为主要指标,采用变异系数和传统与空间马尔可夫链方法,从时间、空间和区域视角来分析1995—2013年中国区域高技术产业发展差异的时空演变。研究结果表明:中国区域高技术产业发展差异整体上呈现继续缓慢扩大的趋势,出现高水平和低水平趋同俱乐部强化的趋势。区域高技术产业发展类型发生空间转移的特征是发展水平差距越小,发生转移的概率越高,发展水平的差距越大,发生转移的概率越低。邻域背景明显影响区域高技术产业发展差异的演变,地理临近效应在低水平、中低水平高技术产业发展地区表现不明显,而在中高水平地区显著增加。In total output value of high-tech industry as the main indicator, it uses the coefficient of variation and the space Markov chains method from the time, temporal and space to explore regional high-tech industry development differences in China during 1995- 2013. The study finds： differences of regional high-tech industry development continues to slowly expand as a whole, and presents two high-level and low-level convergence reinforcement; regional space metastases are type of high technology industry development is development level disparity is smaller, the higher the probability of the shift, the greater the gap of development level, shift the lower probability. The neighborhood background significantly affect the evolution of the differences in regional high technology industry development, At a low level, low level of high technology industry development area, the geographical proximity effect is not obvious, and in high level increased significantly. Finally, the development of regional high technology industry development policy recommendations on this basis.
