摘　　要：大学体育俱乐部是现代大学体育落实学生体育教育与"阳光体育运动"的体现,既符合学生自主学习与发展个性的需要,又符合学生体育价值取向的需要,整合与完善了大学体育课内外一体化的目标。大学俱乐部有效地培养了学生主动自觉参加体育锻炼的习惯,同时也提高了学生协调组织社会活动能力、体育实践自我锻炼能力和社会交往能力,完成了学校体育与社会体育的接轨,达到终身从事体育锻炼的目的。University sports club is the embodiment of the modern university sports to carry out the students＇ physical education and the ＂Sunshine Sports＂. Both in line with the needs of students＇ independent learning and development of personality, but also in line with the needs of students＇ sports value orientation. Integration and improvement of the internal and external integration of college physical education. The University club effectively cultivate students take the initiative to participate in physical exercise habits, but also improve the students organize social activities, sports practice self exercise ability and the ability of social communication, completed the school sports and social sports, to achieve the purpose of lifelong engaged in physical training.
