摘　　要：股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)占髋部骨折的近一半,多见于老年患者。IFF的治疗方式包括保守治疗和手术治疗。回顾髓外固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的相关文献并分析各种治疗方法的临床应用、优势、手术难度及并发症。总结髓外固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折进展。Intertrochanteric fracture of femur mostly occurs in elder patients, which shares approximately half of hip fracture. The management options for IFF are operative and nonoperative. Related literature concerning the extramedullary fixation of IFF was reviewed and analyzed in terms of clinical application, advantage, surgical difficulties, and complications. The objective of this study was to summarize the progress on the extramedullary fixation for intertrochanteric fractures.
