高频电凝电切术加钛夹、注肾上腺素止血在结肠大息肉治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究高频电凝电切术加钛夹、注肾上腺素止血在结肠大息肉治疗中的效果。方法对该院从2011年1月—2012年11月期间收治的60例结肠大息肉患者进行高频电凝电切手术并结合钛夹与腺素止血的注射,对此,把60例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组采用开腹手术治疗;观察组采用高频电凝电切术结合钛夹与腺素止血注射。通过患者恢复情况来比较两种手术的治疗效果。结果观察组手术后出血1例,对照组出血4例,观察组术后出血患者明显低于对照组;两组患者术后并发症几率分别是:观察组13.33%,对照组36.67%。由此分析观察组患者并发症几率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对比分析,采用高频电凝电切手术比开腹手术的效果显著,且手术安全、经济。电切术能够减少患者出血情况,于此同时术后并发症能够得到有效控制,发病率低,效果好值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency electrocoagulation and electrocision combined with titanium clip and injection of adrenaline for hemostasis in the treatment of large colon polyps. Methods 60 patients with large colon polyps un-derwent high frequency electrocoagulation and electrocision combined with titanium clip and injection of adrenaline for hemostasis in our hospital from January 2011 to November 2012. The 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The control group were treated by the open operation, while the observation group were treat-ed by high frequency electrocoagulation and electrocision combined with titanium clip and injection of adrenaline for hemostasis. And the recovery of the two groups was compared. Results Postoperative bleeding occurred in 1 case in the observation group, and 4 cases in the control group, the number with postoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications was 13.33%in the observation group, much lower than 36.67%in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The result of comparative analysis showed that compared with the open operation, high frequency elec-trocoagulation and electrocision is safer with better effect and less cost. High frequency electrocoagulation and electrocision can re-duce the bleeding, by using it the patients have low incidence of complications for it can effectively control the incidence of post-operative complications, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
