摘　　要：目的探究白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入术的并发症类型、成因及相应处理措施。方法回顾性分析该院2013年8月—2014年8月的一组白内障住院病例,共实施行白内障超声乳化手术307例(416眼),术后出现并发症的46例(50眼)患者临床资料,以探寻术后并发症类型及处理措施。结果所有46例(50眼)白内障患者并发症类型如下:角膜内皮水肿28眼(56%)、晶状体后囊膜破裂8眼(16%)、葡萄膜炎6眼(12%)、暂时性高眼压4眼(8%)、黄斑囊样水肿2眼(4%)、人工晶体移位1眼(2%)、角膜内皮失代偿1眼(2%)。结论角膜内皮水肿是白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入术后主要并发症类型,提高临床医师手术熟练度及主观思想认知是降低术后并发症发生的关键。Objective To explore the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation complications of type and the corre-sponding treatment measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital a group of cataract patients hospitalized from Au-gust 2013 to August 2014, the line of phacoemulsification 307 cases （416） were implemented, 46 cases of complications （50） in patients with postoperative clinical data to explore the types of complications and treatment measures. Results All 46 cases （50） type of cataract patients with complications following： corneal endothelial edema 28 （56%）, posterior capsular rupture in 8 （16%）, uveitis, six （12%）, temporary high intraocular pressure four （8%）, cystoid macular edema 2 （4%）, intraocular lens shift one （2%）, corneal endothelial decompensation 1 （2%）. Conclusion The corneal endothelial edema is phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation major complication types, surgical clinicians improve proficiency and subjective cognitive thinking is the key to re-duce the incidence of postoperative complications.
