间歇气压疗法干预骨科下肢大手术后深静脉血栓形成的效果

摘　　要：目的对骨科下肢大手术后患者在预防护理措施的基础上,进行间歇气压疗法,观察其对预防深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法以骨科下肢大手术后患者为研究对象,共82例,患者随机分为两组,对照组行预防护理措施,包括饮食护理、疼痛护理、心理护理、基础预防和药物预防,治疗组在上述措施的基础上行间歇气压疗法,观察DVT形成情况并进行统计分析。结果对照组DVT发生率为14.6%,治疗组DVT发生率为2.4%,两组DVT发生率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论使用间歇气压疗法有助于预防骨科下肢大手术后深静脉血栓的形成。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intermittent pneumatic pressure therapy on orthopaedic surgery with deep vein thrombosis（DVT）formation. Methods 82 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received traditional therapy, experimental group received traditional nursing combined with intermittent pneu-matic pressure therapy. The incidence of DVT after orthopaedic surgery were observed. Results The incidence of DVT in the con-trol group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group （14.6%and 2.4%）.Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic pres-sure therapy is an effective method for prohibiting the formation of DVT in orthopaedic surgery.
