中西结合心理治疗在重度烧伤治疗中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的了解中西结合心理疏导治疗在重度烧伤患者各期治疗中的作用,探讨其临床意义。方法整群选择该院2010年1月—2012年12月收治的86例重症烧伤患者,随机分为中西结合心理疏导治疗组(治疗组)和西医心理治疗组(对照组),每组各43例,治疗组在烧伤科常规治疗的基础上,进行中西医结合心理疏导治疗,对照组只进行西医心理干预治疗;观察记录两组病人住院期间的焦虑自评量表计分、抑郁自评量表计分、病人创面愈合时间、功能康复时间、平均住院时间、病人出院1年后的SF-36量表得分。结果治疗组患者各项指标均明显优于对照组,焦虑自评、抑郁自评、住院天数等统计指标低于对照组,而生活质量健康评价则高与对照组,统计学检验(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合心理疏导治疗在重症烧伤患者各期治疗中具有积极的临床意义,疗效优于单纯应用西医心理疏导治疗,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、疑虑、敌意、抑郁情绪,对临床康复和心理康复都有积极的意义,具有积极的社会效益。Objective To realize the effect of western combined traditional Chinese psychological counseling treatment in each stage of serious burns. Methods Choose the patients hospitalized from Sep, 2006 to May, 2010, all the patients were randomly di-vided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group received western combined traditional Chinese psychological counseling treatment, while the control group was given only western psychological counseling treatment. Both the two groups were given routine treatment at the same time. Take notes of the self-rating depression scale （SDS）, and the self-rating anxiety scale; by questionnaire survey, clinical observation and telephone greeting , take notes of the wound healing time, function recovery time,the hospital length of stays and the life quality evaluation after 1 year they discharged from hospital （SF-36 scores）. Results The indexes of the experimental group were better than that of the control group （P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Western combined traditional Chinese psychological counseling treatment is of positive clinical significance, it effectively remits the nervous mood, shorten the cure time, got an expected clinical rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation.
