摘 要:提出一种不需要GPS给双端装置精确对时的双端行波故障测距方法。在保护启动后、跳闸出口前从线路一端保护安装电流二次回路注入一个特征脉冲信号,若故障点消失,此特征脉冲信号将从线路一端直接传送到线路另一端;若故障点依然存在,则此特征脉冲信号从故障点透射传送到线路另一端。记下特征脉冲信号到达另一端的时刻,根据线路总长和行波波速可以计算出从一端传到另一端所用时间,据此确定故障时两端时钟的精确时刻差,将一端时钟补偿两端的精确时刻差,从而给两端装置进行精确对时。该方法能准确定位瞬时性故障和永久性故障,可靠性高。This paper raise a double terminal traveling wave fault location method for double terminal device precision time without the need for GPS. After the start, in the protection of tripping outlet from one end of the line protection installation into a character- istics of the pulse signal, if the fault disappears, the characteristics of the pulse signal will be transmitted directly from one terminal to the other terminal of the line ; if the fault still exists, the characteristics of the pulse signal from the point of failure is transmitted to the other terminal of the transmission line. Note the characteristics of the pulse signal to the other terminal of the time, according to the line length and velocity can be calculated from one end to another by using the precise moment at both ends, clock difference to determine fault, the precise moment end clock compensation difference at both ends, so precise synchronous to end device. The method can accurately locate the transient faults and permanent faults, high reliability.
