摘 要:针对配电网网架结构复杂多变、接线形式复杂、设备量巨大、倒闸操作频繁等问题,引入了一套基于配网网架拓扑结构和运行特点的智能防误操作系统。介绍了该系统的结构和功能,从配网调度的角度出发,构建了一个配网调度处理故障的简化时间模型,采用该模型量化分析了防误操作系统在昆明配网故障处理中的应用成效。实践证明了该系统能够提高故障处理效率和减少配网调度误调度、误下令的可能性。At present, aiming at the problem of Kunming distribution network, such as complex and changeful of the grid structure, complex of connection form, the great amount of distribution network equipment and frequent of pour brake operating, an intelligent anti-maloperation system which based on network frame topology structure and operation characteristics of Kunming distribution network is introduced. The structure and function of the anti-maloperation system is introduced in this paper, from the perspective of distribution network dispatching, a simplified time model of distribution network fault handling is structured, based on the time model, application effectiveness of anti-maloperation system for Kunming distribution network fault handling is quantitative analyzed. The practice proves that the anti-maloperation system can improve the efficiency of fault handling and reduce the possibility of misdispatching and mis-ordering for distribution network dispatching.
