大颗粒透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨大颗粒透明质酸钠凝胶（hyaluronic acid,HA）用于注射隆鼻的临床效果。方法：整理笔者所在医院2013年8月-2014年6月应用大颗粒透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻63例,分析术后即刻、术后3个月、6个月及9个月时患者满意度及并发症情况。结果：术后即刻患者满意度评分为4.8,术后3个月、6个月、9个月随访满意度为：4.5、4.2、3.6。术后描述胀疼（10例）、注射点瘀斑（4例）,均在注射后1~2周内自行缓解。注射物明显吸收时间平均为术后27.2周。结论：大颗粒HA注射隆鼻效果满意,外形维持时间延长,并发症无增加,是值得推广的非手术隆鼻方法之一。Objective To investigate the effects of large-gel-particle hyaluronic acid injectable fillers for rhinoplasty. Methods 63 cases injected Biohyalux were reported,from August 2013 to June 2014. In the immediate postoperative,every patient was filled in the Satisfaction Questionnaire.Repeated every three months. Results Postoperative satisfaction average score was 4.8,followed by：4.5,4.2 and 3.6. Ten cases appeared swelling,and four cases injection site bruising.They were recovered in 1 or 2 weeks.Injection was obviously absorbed 27.2 weeks later. Conclusion Large-gel-particle HA injection was applicable to rhinoplasty,and the effect can be maintained for a significant long time.
