摘　　要：目的:探讨重睑成形术的术式及护理。方法:通过不同的人群,有针对性地给予不同术式,以了解不同术式的效果。结果:通过临床5 173患者的临床观察及术后随访,发现不同的人群虽可以给予不同术式的选择,但仍以切开重睑成形术效果最佳。结论:切开重睑成形术效果最确切可靠、持久,供临床参考。Objective To study the double eyelid plasty surgery operation and nursing. Methods Through the different populations,targeted for the choice of different operative methods,in order to further understand the effect of different operative methods. Results 5173 patients through clinical postoperative follow-up,clinical observation and found that although different people would give different operative methods of choice,but it was still best to cut heavy eyelid plasty. Conclusion Heavy eyelid surgery,although a lot of, different effect,but cut double eyelid plasty is effect the most exact and reliable operation of all lasting operation,for your reference.
