摘 要:新疆某银矿含银1300~2000 g·t^(-1)、含铜0.14%~0.23%,矿石中矿物常见包裹交代特征,嵌布粒度较细,属难选矿石类型。现场采用单一浮选银工艺处理该矿石,虽能获得合格的银精矿,但银精矿中铜的品位只有1.5%左右,银精矿中的铜不能计价,使企业的经济效益受到严重影响。为实现该矿的高效综合回收,开发了"铜银混合浮选-铜银混浮粗精矿再磨精选-混浮尾矿选银"工艺处理该矿石,采用铜高效捕收剂LP-01(主要成分为乙基一硫代与二乙基硫代氨基甲酸异丙酯)与丁基黄药(BSX)组合作为铜银混浮的捕收剂,得到粗精矿后再磨再选,混浮尾矿选银。试验结果表明,在原矿含银1670 g·t-^(-1)、含铜0.17%的条件下,小型闭路试验获得了含铜12.32%、铜回收率73.92%,含银125500 g·t^(-1),银回收率76.65%的铜银混合精矿,含银3228 g·t^(-1),银回收率21.88%的银精矿,银总回收率达到了98.53%。相比现场工艺,不仅提高了银的选矿指标,也获得了合格的铜精矿,新工艺可实现该矿中铜银的高效综合回收。A silver ore located in Xinjiang contains 1300 -2000 g.t-1 silver and 0. 14%-0. 23% copper. The minerals in the ore are inclusive metasomatic characteristic and finely disseminated, making it a refractory ore. In practical, the ores are treated by single flotation process and qualified silver concentrates can be obtained, However, the copper content in the silver concentrates is only approximately 1.5% and valueless. So, it makes adverse effect on the economic benefit. In order to realize the efficient and comprehensive recovery of copper, "silver copper bulk flotation-rougher concentrate regrinding and selecting-silver separation from bulk flotation tailings" process was developed. In the process, a combined collector composed of LP-01 (main ingredients: a generation of sulfur and two ethyl of sulfur amino ethyl formate isopropyl ester ) and butyl xanthate (BSX) was used as silver copper bulk flotation collector. Close-circuit experiment results showed that with the ore of 1670g t-1 silver grade and 0. 17% copper grade, a silver copper bulk con- centrate with 12.32% copper grade, 73.92% copper recovery, 125500 g t-1 silver grade, 76.65% silver recovery, and a silver con- centrate with 3228 g t-1 silver grade, 21.88% silver recovery could be obtained. The total recovery rate of silver reached 98.53%. Compared to the original process, it obtained qualified copper concentrates. Moreover, the recovery effect of the silver in the ore was also improved. Thus, the new technology could effectively realize the comprehensive utilization of the copper and silver.
