教育资源信息平台推动复合型人才培养探析

摘　　要：依托高校教育资源的复合型人才培养模式,既是人才市场化的基本要求,也是助推人才培养方式调整的重要举措。整合高校教育资源,实现与复合型人才培养的双向互动,注重人才战略培养,打造高校订单式复合型人才培养模式,顺应网络时代趋势,实现复合型人才培养的网络平台搭建与完善,深化高校改革实践,搭建及完善复合型人才培养的教育资源平台。研究表明,在深化改革的时代语境下,复合型人才培养的人才战略方向性将得到进一步明确和加强,需要积极打造资源信息平台建设,立足于人力资源开发的基本原则,积极探索复合型人才模式构建。The cultivation model of compound talents based on college educational resources is not only the fundamental require-ment of the marketization of talents, but also a significant measure for promoting the adjustment of talents cultivation. It is necessary tointegrate college educational resources to realize bi -directed interaction with compound talents. With due attention to talents cultiva-tion, a cultivation model for compound talents which complies with the tendency of the Internet era can be formed, so as to build andimprove the Intemet platform for the educational resources platform. According to research, under the circumstances of the deepeningof reform, the strategic direction of the talents cultivation model is to be strengthened, so it is needed to create a resource platformbased on the principle of human resources development and explore the constitution of compound talents model.
