摘　　要：文章对我国高校图书馆学科馆员队伍建设的现状进行了调查,从学科馆员的任职条件及队伍组成、学科馆员队伍的激励机制、学科馆员队伍的培训机制等三个主要方面进行了分析研究,并对现状进行了总结。参考文献17。The paper surveys the present situation of subject librarian team construction in Chinese academic libraries, analyzes it from the three main aspects such as the subject librarian qualification and team composition, the incentive mechanism and the training mechanism and finally summarizes the present situation of subject librarian team construction. 17 refs.
