摘　　要：目的通过某单位健康体检血脂水平分析,了解其血脂与年龄及性别相关性。方法收集6655名单位查体人员血清甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）检测数据,分别按照性别及年龄分组进行回顾性分析。结果血脂指标TG、TC、HDL、LDL均存在性别差异（P〈0.05）;4项指标正常率的性别差异无统计学意义,异常率的性别差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高TG、LDL高发于50~59岁年龄段;高TC、HDL高发于60~69岁年龄段。结论健康查体高血脂风险男性高于女性,存在随年龄增长的趋势。Objective To investigate the correlation between blood fat condition and age as well as sex in physical examiners. Methods Serum triglyceride（ TG）,serum total cholesterol（ TC）,serum high density（ HDL）,serum low density（ LDL） were retrospectively analyzed in 6655 healthy examiners by different age and sex groups.Results There was statistically difference on all blood fat levels and abnormal blood fat ratio between men and women（ P〈 0. 05）. The high blood fat abnormal age-group were found in 50-59 years with TG and LDL,and in 60-69 years with TC and HDL. Conclusion The risk of high blood fat is higher in males than females. There is the tendency of increasing with age.
