摘　　要：华法林被临床广泛应用于血栓栓塞性疾病的治疗和预防，如何安全有效地应用华法林已成为研究热点。研究发现华法林的量效关系受多种因素影响，其中以基因多态性对个体差异的影响较为突出，现从华法林代谢途径和作用机制两方面阐述基因多态性对华法林剂量个体差异的影响。Warfarin is the most commonly used oral anticoagulant worldwide for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disease. How to use warfarin safely and effectively has become a research topic. The researches have found that the anticoagulant effect of warfarin is affected by many factors, especially gene polymorphism. This article diseusses the influence of gene polymorphism on interindividual variability of warfarin from two aspects of warfarin metabolic pathway and pharmacological mechanism.
