摘 要:目的探讨电针刺激对悬吊大鼠比目鱼肌废用性萎缩肌梭放电的影响。方法 36只雄性SD大鼠分为电针刺干预组(A组,18只)、肌肉萎缩组(AT组,6只)、自然恢复组(R组,6只)和正常同步对照组(C组,6只)。其中A组、AT组和R组采用大鼠尾部悬吊法建立肌萎缩模型,尾部悬吊14 d后,A组、AT组和R组大鼠解除悬吊,R组不给予干预,A组不同参数电针刺激(10 V电压、20 V电压、1.3 m A电流)1周,R组自然恢复1周,C组不做处理。比较4组比目鱼肌湿重体重比,并对各组大鼠比目鱼肌肌梭放电数进行定量分析。结果尾部悬吊14 d后,与C组比较,AT组比目鱼肌发生明显萎缩,比目鱼肌湿重体重比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而A组不同参数电针刺后比目鱼肌湿重体重较AT组和R组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尾部悬吊14 d,AT组比目鱼肌肌梭自放电较C组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而A组不同参数电针刺激后比目鱼肌肌梭自放电较AT组和R组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交流电针刺激可以增加废用性萎缩肌肉的肌梭自放电,从而有效对抗悬吊引起的大鼠比目鱼肌废用性萎缩。Objective To study the effects of electrical stimulation on afferent discharge from disuse atrophy muscle spindle of soleus muscle in rat with hindlimb-suspension. Methods 36 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups: electrical acupuncture group(A group, 18 rats), skeletal muscle disuse atrophy group(AT group, 6 rats), the natural recovery group(R group, 6 rats), and simultaneous control group(C group, 6 rats). The disuse atrophy muscle rat model was made in A group, AT group, R group by tail-suspension. After 14 days tail-suspension, rats in A group, AT group, R group left the suspension, the A group were treated with different electrical acupuncture(10 V voltage, 20 V voltage,1.3 m A electric current) for one week, R group was given natural recovery, C group was not given dispose. The soleus weight/body of four groups was compared, and soleus muscle spindles discharge in each group was quantitative analyzed. Results After 14 days tail-suspension, compared with C group, soleus muscle showed obvious muscle atrophy,soleus weight/body reduced obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After 14 days tail-suspension, soleus muscle spindles discharge in AT group was lower than that in C group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After A group treated with different electrical acupuncture, soleus muscle spindles discharge in A group was higher than those in AT group and R group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation is effective in counteracting the rat muscular atrophy of disuse induced by suspension.
