摘 要:目的评估尸体降温过程对死亡时间推断的影响。方法采集12名健康捐血者全血各40 m L,保存于可调式水温箱中,初始温度为37℃,此后每1小时调节水浴温度下降1℃,10 h后每1小时调节水浴温度下降0.5℃,24 h水浴温度降至20℃后不再调节。分别在0、2、4、6、8、10、12、16、20、24、28、32、36、40、44、48 h取血样,采用生物发光法检测ATP含量。将实验过程划分成3个时间段(全程、降温段、恒温段)并进行统计学分析。结果按3个时间段进行计算,其决定系数(r^2)差距较大,分别为0.898、0.940和0.982,说明全程回归方程的精确度低于分段计算的回归方程;全程计算的平均偏离时间(6.86 h)明显高于分段计算(3.47 h),说明全程计算误差高于分段计算。结论尸体降温过程对死亡时间推断有明显影响,应对这一阶段进行深入研究。Objective To evaluate the influence of cools imbalanced of corpse temperature on estimation of the time since death. Methods 40 m L whole blood anticoagulated with EDTA was collected from each of the 12 donors, which were stored at 37℃. The storage temperature decline with gradient rate 1℃/h, and 0.5℃/h after 10 hours. The storage temperature kept constantly when it reached 20℃. The ATP content in RBCs was detected at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16,20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48 h with bioluminescence assay. The experiment progress was divided into 3 stages(whole-process, cooling period, constant temperature period) and the regression equations were obtained respectively by statistical analysis. Results r^2 of the whole-process, cooling period, constant temperature period were 0.898, 0.940 and0.982 respectively. It indicated that the accuracy of whole-process was lower than the subsection. The average deviations of whole-process was 6.86 h, which was higher than 3.47 h of subsection. It indicated that the error of whole-process was higher than the subsection. Conclusion Cools imbalanced of corpse temperature has a great influence on estimation of the time since death, so intensive study should be made on this period.
