跪取伏兔结合新医正骨治疗急性腰扭伤的效果

摘　　要：目的比较跪取伏兔结合新医正骨综合疗法与针刺加按摩治疗急性腰扭伤的效果差异。方法选取2013年1月~2014年12月在河北省三河市医院颈腰椎病专科门诊就诊的急性腰扭伤患者90例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。治疗组给予伏兔跪取结合新医正骨治疗,对照组给予针刺加按摩治疗。1个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后视觉模拟评分（VAS）[（2.58±0.67）、（3.94±0.89）分]均较治疗前[（8.44±1.39）、（8.39±2.96）分]显著减少,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组治疗后VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为88.22%、48.89%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论跪取伏兔结合新医正骨治疗急性腰扭伤见效快,疗效显著。Objective To compare the difference of curative effects of the comprehensive therapy of kneeling down to take Futu acupoint combined with new medical bone setting and the therapy of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods Ninety patients with acute lumbar sprain in Neck Lumbar Disease Specialist Outpatient of Sanhe Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was given kneeling down to take Futu acupoint combined with new medical bone setting, while the control group was given acupuncture and massage.The curative effect was evaluated after a course of treatment. Results The scores of visual analogue scale（VAS） after treatment in the treatment group and control group [（2.58 ±0.67）,（3.94 ±0.89） points] were decreased compared with those before treatment [（8.44±1.39）,（8.39±2.96） points], the differences were highly statistically significant（P〈0.01）;there was a statistically significant difference of VAS scores after treatment between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The cure rate of treatment group and control group was 88.22% and 48.89% respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kneeling down to take Futu acupoint combined with new medical bone setting in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain has a quick and definite therapeutic effect.
