环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法分析2012年1月~2014年1月都江堰市医疗中心心内科收治的慢性心力衰竭患者2000例的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同将其分为两组,对照组950例给予常规治疗,观察组1050例给予环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利治疗。结果两组治疗前左心室收缩末期容积（LVESV）、左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、心率比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。两组治疗后LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF和心率均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,且观察组治疗后LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF和心率均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。两组治疗前N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-pro BNP）、胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF-1）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组治疗后NT-pro BNP、IGF-1、Hcy均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,且观察组治疗后NT-pro BNP、IGF-1、Hcy均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利治疗慢性心力衰竭效果好,能明显改善临床症状,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate combined with Perindopril in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods The clinical data of 2000 cases of patients with chronic cardiac failure admitted to Department of Cardiology, Dujiangyan Medical Center from January 2012 to January 2014 was analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups according to different treating methods. 950 cases of control group were given conventional therapy group, and 1050 cases of observation group were given Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate combined with Perindopril. Results There were no statistically significant differences of left ventricular end-systolic volume（LVESV）, left ventricular end-diastolic volume（LVEDV）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, heart rate of the two groups before treatment（all P〉0.05）. After treatment, the LVESV, LVEDV, LVEF and heart rate in the two groups were all better than those before treatment, the differences were all statistically significant（all P〈0.05）, and the LVESV, LVEDV, LVEF and heart rate after treatment in the observation group were all better than those in control group（all P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-pro BNP）, insulin-like growth factor 1（IGF-1）, homocysteine（Hcy） of the two groups before treatment（all P〉0.05）. After treatment, the NT-pro BNP, IGF-1, Hcy in the two groups were all better than those before treatment, the differences were all statistically significant（all P〈0.05）, and the NT-pro BNP, IGF-1, Hcy after treatment in the observation group were all better than those in control group（all P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate combined with Perindopril in the treatment of chronic heart failure has a good curative effect, which
