摘　　要：《韵学臆说》是一部反映清代王植韵学思想的重要著作,具有重要的史料价值。通过《韵学臆说》与《广韵》在声母、韵母、声调系统等多方面的对比,我们可以探究清代语音发展的实际状况,窥探汉语语音发展的特点,这对于更好地研究汉语语音的演变,了解语言的发展规律具有重要的意义。Phonitc Hypothesis is an important work that reflects the rhyme thought of Wangzhi in the Qing dynasty, and it has the important historical data value. By the comparison of Phonitc Hypothesis and Guangyun from initials, vowels, tone ofvoice system and other aspects, we can explore the actual condition of sound development in the Qing dynasty and explore the characteristics of Chin- ese speech development. It has the vital significance for people to study the evolution of Chinese speech and to understand the laws of language development.
