摘 要:研究了消泡剂和引气剂复配对掺聚羧酸系减水剂新拌混凝土含气量、混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明,消泡剂含量恰当时,能够有效减少聚羧酸系减水剂带来的大气泡,并使气泡稳定。随着引气剂掺量的增加,混凝土含气量增大,经时损失减小。混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能最初随着引气剂掺量的增加而增强,但当引气剂掺量超过一定剂量后,则随着引气剂掺量的增加而减弱。引气剂最佳掺量为0.03‰左右。The impacts of antifoam agent and air - entraining agent on performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer mixed concrete were studied.The air content of the fresh concrete, the strength of hardened concrete, and the resistance of hardened concrete to chloride ion penetration were tested.Results have shown that proper antifoam agent incorporation can effectively eliminate big foams produced by polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and stabilize foam amounts.With the increase of air - entraining agent incorporation, air content in fresh concrete increases, and air loss within one hour is reduces.The compressive strength of hardened concrete and the resistance to chloride ion permeability increase at the beginning with the increase of air - entraining agent incorporation, and decrease when the air - entrai- ning agent incorooration exceeded a certain amount.The ontimal air- entraining agent incorooration is about 0.03%0.
