摘 要:以广西壮族自治区南宁市及周边区域的12组机制砂样本和22家混凝土公司的混合砂样本为研究对象,考察了该地区机制砂主要的生产工艺、原材料的矿物组成以及机制砂和混合砂的基本性能。结果表明:南宁及周边地区用于生产机制砂的原材料主要是石灰石和卵石,其中石灰石约占67%;制砂工艺主要为干法,但其工艺路线组成优劣不均,致使机制砂成品质量参差不齐,各项性能指标数据波动较大,合格率仅为58.3%;按照不同的质量比人工"调配"而成的混合砂,各项性能指标均符合GB/T14684-2011《建设用砂》标准的要求且各项性能指标波动较小。Samples from Nanning city and surrounding areas, include 12 manufactured sand and 22 mix - sand from commercial con- crete companies were chosen as the object of the research.The main production - technology and mineral composition of raw materials of manufactured sand, as well as the basic properties of manufactured sand and mix - sand were investigated. Results showed that the kinds of raw materials used in the production of manufactured sand are mainly limestone or pebbles in the area, the kind of limestone could count for 67%.The production - technology of manufactured sand mainly with dry process, but the difference of route composed resulted in the performance of manufactured sand is uneven, only 58.3%of products were qualified. The mix - sand with proportion of different quality, its performance were consistent with the standard of "sand for construction" GB/T 14684--2011, with less volatile.
