摘 要:随着海洋经济发展,需要兴建大量海洋和港口建筑物和和构筑物,大量的土建工程,混凝土用量可观,如果利用海砂和海水配制混凝土,代替传统混凝土,可就地取材,节约工期和成本。基于以上考虑,通过改变海砂掺量和贝壳含量的方法,研究了含盐量和贝壳含量对混凝土和易性和强度的影响,研究了海砂海水混凝土的抗渗和抗碳化性能。结果表明,随着含盐量的增加,海砂海水混凝土的坍落度增加,流动性增强,但黏聚力变差;随着贝壳含量的增加,海砂海水混凝土的坍落度减小,保水性变差;含盐量和贝壳含量的增加,对海砂海水混凝土强度影响不大,但是与传统混凝土相比,早期强度有所下降,下降幅度在20%左右,随着龄期的增加,最终海砂海水混凝土强度与传统混凝土强度相当;海砂海水混凝土的抗渗性能和抗碳化性能优于传统混凝土。With the development of marine economy, a lot of marine buildings and port structures need to be built. So amount of con- crete is needed.If theses buildings were built by the concretes with sea sand and sea water instead of the traditional concretes, raw mate- rials can be obtained locally and time and cost can be saved. Based on the above considerations, the workability and strength were stud- ied with the changing of the content of salinity and shells, and the impermeability and carbonation resistance were also researched. The results show that with the increase of salinity, the slump is increased and the mobility is enhanced, but the cohesion is deteriorated. With the increasing content of shells,the slump is reduced,water retention is worse.The strength of concrete with sea sand and sea water is not vary with the changing of the content of the salinity and shells, but the early strength has declined comparing with conventional con- crete, dropping by about 20 percent. With the increase of age, the strength of two kinds of concretes is quite. The impermeability and the carbonation resistance of concretes with sea sand and sea water are better than conventional concrete.
