摘  要:起动喷管为某型号涡扇发动机启动时的关键部件,采用铬-镍奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti整体精密铸造而成。铸件结构具有空间性,并且内部为空心管道,喷口的角度和位置限定严格,因而必须采用陶芯成形和合理的浇注工艺,避免疏松、裂纹等缺陷。同时陶芯必须具有良好的性能,避免铸件产生气孔和脱芯困难现象。形状控制方面采用独特的组合测具来进行铸件的形状检测和冷矫形。通过铸造工艺的优化,保证了冶金质量,提高了铸件合格率。Starting nozzle produced by integral precision casting process is one of the key components for turbofan engine startup model, and the casting material is chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel 1Crl 8Ni9Ti. The casting structure has the space and the hollow pipe, the position and nozzle angle of spout are strictly limited, the porosity and crack were avoided by adopting ceramic core and reasonable pouring process. At the same time, the ceramic core must have good performance, which can avoid casting pores and stripping difficult phenomenon. The unique measuring tool was used to test the casting shape and cold correction. Through the optimization of casting process, the quality of metallurgy has been ensured, and the qualified rate of the casting has been improved.
