摘 要:氧化铝基陶瓷型芯强度高,耐高温性能好,但脱出性较差,影响了型芯的广泛使用,有必要对其脱芯工艺进行研究。本试验以高温沸腾的KOH溶液为脱芯液,测得了质量浓度为60%和70%的KOH溶液在不同压力下的沸点;研究了脱芯液浓度和沸点温度对氧化铝基陶瓷型芯脱芯率的影响,得出优化试验参数为:脱芯液浓度70%,压力3.8 MPa,温度380℃或脱芯液浓度70%,压力4.2 MPa,温度390℃,并对优化试验参数进行工艺验证。Alumina-based ceramic cores show high strength and good performance at high temperatures while poor leach ability limits the application of the cores. Thus it is essential to study the leaching-out technics. Boiling KOH solutions at high temperatures were used as leaching agents and boiling points of KOH solutions with mass concentrations of 60% and 70% at different pressures were determined in the paper. The effects of mass concentrations and boiling points of alkaline solutions on core leaching rates were also investigated, the optimal parameters were obtained: mass concentration 70%, pressure 3.8 MPa and temperature 380 ℃, or mass concentration 70%, pressure 4.2 MPa and temperature 390 ℃. Validation experiments for the optimal parameters were then carried out.
