摘 要:本研究以电渣重熔低碳马氏体不锈钢ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo为研究对象,利用光学显微镜(OM)和Image-Pro Plus6.0软件定量分析了电渣钢中夹杂物的数量和尺寸,探讨了电极振动前后的变化规律。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)研究了电极振动前后电渣重熔ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢夹杂物的形貌和成分,结果表明:适当的电极振动可降低钢中夹杂物含量,缩小夹杂物尺寸。电极振动频率从0增加至20 Hz时,钢中夹杂物含量及平均尺寸逐渐减小,当振动频率超出20 Hz时,去除夹杂物效果反而变差;ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo电渣钢中夹杂物主要为球形或近似球形的硅酸盐类,电极振动未改变夹杂物的形貌及成分。This research took low-carbon martensite stainless steel ZG04Crl 3Ni4Mo of electroslag remelting for study object, using optical microscope (OM) and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software quantitative analysed the inclusion of ingot in aspects of quantity and dimension, discussed the differences and change regulation of inclusion before and after electrode vibration. Morphology and composition of inclusion in ESR ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel ingots were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis (EDS). Results showed that proper electrode vibration can reduce the inclusion amount and dimension. When vibration frequency increased from 0 to 20 Hz, inclusion amount and average dimension decreased, when vibration frequency exceeded 20 Hz, effect of removing inclusions deteriorate. Most inclusions were spherical or approximately spherical silicates; electrode vibration did not change the morphology and composition of inclusions.
