摘　　要：发热冒口具有发热和保温的双重作用,广泛应用于铸钢件的铸造工艺之中。将发热冒口应用在一种结构复杂的高韧性球墨铸铁轴箱的铸造生产中,有效地解决了铸件孤立热节部位的补缩难题,确保了铸件的内部品质要求,简化了该类铸件的工艺设计,从而有效提高了铸造工艺出品率。The exothermic riser has double functions of generating heat and heat preservation, it can be widely used in the foundry technique of steel casting. The exothermic riser was applied to the production of high toughness ductile iron shaft-holding housing casting with a complex structure, the feeding difficult problem of the isolated hot spot was solved effectively, the internal quality requirements of the casting was ensured, the process design of the casting was simplified, and the process yield was improved effectively.
