摘　　要：目的检测强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)在外周血的分子水平和mRNA相对表达水平,探讨其在AS发病的作用。方法采用ELISA、RT-q PCR法,分别检测45例AS患者和45例健康对照者血清IL-12、IL-17分子水平及其在外周血单个核细胞中mRNA相对表达水平。结果病例组血清IL-12、IL-17水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),病例组IL-12 mRNA、IL-17 mRNA相对表达含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);IL-12血清水平和IL-12 mRNA分别与IL-17血清水平和IL-17 mRNA呈正相关性。结论 IL-12和IL-17在AS患者中是相关联的分子,可能在AS发病机制中起重要作用。Objective To detect serum IL-12, IL-17 levels and their mRNA levels in AS patients and to explore the role of them in the pathogenesis of AS. Methods ELISA and RT-qPCR were performed to measure the levels of IL-12 and IL-17 in the serum and the mRNA in PBMCs, respectively, of 45 AS patients and 45 healthy controls. Results Compared with the controls, AS patients＇ serum IL-12, IL-17 levels were significantly elevated （P 〈 0. 05） ; as the same, AS patient＇ IL-12 mRNA, IL-17 mRNA levels were significantly elevated compared with the controls（P 〈 0.05）. Moreover, serum IL-12 level and IL-12 mRNA level both were positive correlated with serum IL-17 level and IL-17 mRNA level, respectively. Conclusion Our results indicate that in AS patient＇ IL-12 and IL-17 are correlated cytokine, and they may play critical roles in the pathogenesis of AS.
