摘 要:目的:探索一种适合评估膝关节稳定功能的电生理评估指标。方法:前交叉韧带损伤(ACLD)患者33例为ACLD组,健康志愿者29例为对照组,用ME6000表面肌电仪器记录终末伸膝最大等长收缩和上台阶运动过程中伸肌(股外侧肌、股内侧肌)、屈肌(股二头肌、半腱肌)表面肌电信号,分析测试肌肉的积分肌电平均值、屈肌协同收缩程度及协同收缩率。结果:前交叉韧带损伤患者终末伸膝最大等长收缩和上台阶运动的屈肌协同收缩率明显高于健肢及正常对照组(P<0.05),伸肌收缩降低(P<0.05),屈肌协同收缩程度增加(P<0.05)。结论:伸膝运动中,前交叉韧带损伤患者通过降低伸肌的主动收缩,增加屈肌协同收缩来提高关节稳定性,屈肌的协同收缩率可以反映膝关节的稳定功能。Objective To compare the co-contraction of knee flexors between patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament deficient(ACLD)and healthy individuals. Methods 33 patients with ACLD and 29 healthy individuals participated in the study. Their s EMG signals of vastus lateralis,vastus medialis,biceps femoris and semitendinosus during maximal knee isometric extension and going up stair were tested using the ME6000 s EMG system. The integrated electromyogram of the tested muscles and the degree of co-contraction and its ratios of flexors were analyzed. Results The co-contraction ratios of flexor increased and of extensor reduced(P〈0.05),and flexor contraction components increased in patients with ACLD during maximal knee isometric extension and going up stair obviously as compared with that in healthy individuals(P 0.05). Conclusions The co-contraction ratio of flexor during knee extension can reflect the stability of joint function.
