摘  要:目的:探讨全身振动治疗绝经后肥胖与骨质疏松的作用机理。方法:对体重相近的去卵巢3月龄雌性SD大鼠进行全身垂直振动训练,7周后测定受试大鼠血清雌激素、孕酮、睾酮、骨密度、体重以及肝、脂肪、骨骼肌组织中雌激素受体(ER)-α基因表达水平。结果:去卵巢振动训练组体重增加显著低于去卵巢静止组;去卵巢振动训练组股骨远端和近端的离体骨密度显著高于去卵巢静止组;去卵巢振动训练组大鼠肝脏、脂肪、骨骼肌组织中ER-α基因表达水平较去卵巢静止组显著增加;但去卵巢振动训练组与去卵巢静止组血清雌激素、孕酮、睾酮水平均较假手术组显著降低。结论:促进大鼠ER-α基因的表达是全身振动训练改善因性激素缺乏造成骨密度下降、体重增加等症状的机理之一。Objective To study the mechanism of whole-body vibration in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and obesity. Methods Thirty-six three-month-old female SD rats with similar body weight were randomly divided into groups of sham-operation(Sham), sedentary ovariectomized(OVX), and ovariectomized plus vibration treatment(Vibration). After 7-week treatment of whole-body vertical vibration, the body weight,serum estrogen(E2), progesterone(P) and testosterone(T4) levels were measured,and lumbar and femoral bone density was determined with double can X line bone mineral density instrument. The ER-αexpression levels in liver, muscle and fat tissue were tested by RT-PCR. Result Comparing to group OVX,the body weight decreased dramatically,bone mineral density of distal and proximal femur and the ER-αexpression level in liver, muscle and fat tissue increased significantly in group Vibration. Conclusion The whole body vertical vibration could Increase bone density and decrease obesity in ovariectomized rats through upregulation of ER-α expression levels.
