银丹心脑胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效及其对血清同型半胱氨酸水平和血脂代谢的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨银丹心脑胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效及其对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和血脂代谢的影响。方法选取2013年2月—2015年2月于湖南省中医研究院附属医院就诊的冠心病患者104例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组52例。对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合银丹心脑胶囊口服治疗。8周为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗1个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血清Hcy、血脂指标〔总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)〕。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(u=2.326,P=0.020)。两组患者治疗前血清Hcy、TC、TG、HDL、LDL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清Hcy、TC、TG、LDL水平均低于对照组,血清HDL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效确切,能有效降低血清Hcy水平及改善血脂代谢。Objective To explore the clinical effect of yindan-xinnao capsule combined with Western medicine on coronary heart disease and its impact on serum homocysteine level and blood lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Hu＇ nan Traditional Chinese Medicine Institute between February 2013 and February 2015,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,each of 52 cases.Patients of control group were given Western medicine,while patients of observation group were given extra yindan-xinnao capsule,both groups treated for 1 course（8 weeks as a course）.Clinical effect,serum levels of homocysteine,TC,TG,HDL and LDL before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group（u = 2.326,P = 0.020）.No statistically significant differences of serum level of homocysteine,TC,TG,HDL or LDL was found between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）; after treatment,serum levels of homocysteine,TC,TG and LDL of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group,while serum HDL level of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yindan-xinnao capsule combined with Western medicine has certain clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease,can effectively reduce the serum homocysteine level and improve the blood lipid metabolism.
