摘  要:目的了解人体血液中某些宏微量元素等在不同年龄人群中的含量变化,以阐明其与衰老的关系。方法选择南昌市东湖、洪都及九江市沙河的部分社区为调查现场,分层随机抽取≥20岁不同年龄段的人群为调查对象,通过自构建的生理-心理-社会三维衰老度量表进行衰老度测量评分;取部分血样采用原子吸收分光光度计测量相关宏微量元素含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)采用羟胺法检测。结果 196名调查对象的血清中Zn、Mn、Se、Cu/Zn、Cu/Fe的值随年龄增大而降低,Cu随年龄增大而增高,SOD活性随年龄增大而下降(均P<0.001)。经多元线性回归分析:Zn、Mn、Fe和年龄的关系密切;Mn、Zn对SOD活性具有保护作用;Cu、Mn、Se、Fe、Cu/Zn、Cu/Fe、SOD与现有量表总分关系密切(均P<0.001)。结论补充Zn、Mn可能会提高血清SOD活性,且可能具有抗衰老的效果;将Mn、Zn、SOD等纳入衰老度的评价指标有积极意义。Objective To investigate the changes in blood contents of some inorganic elements in different age groups,and to demonstrate their relationships to aging.Methods Subjects with different ages(≥20 years old)were selected from some communities of Nanchang Donghu,Nan-chang Hongdu and Jiujiang Shahe using stratified random sampling.The aging degree was evalua-ted using self-designed physiologic-mental-social aging scale.Blood contents of inorganic elements were detected using atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was measured by hydroxylamine method.Results Serum contents of Zn,Mn and Se,ratios of Cu/Zn and Cu/Fe,and activity of SOD decreased with age(all P 〈0.001).However,serum Cu content increased with age(all P 〈0.001).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that serum con-tents of Zn,Mn and Fe were closely correlated with the age.Both Mn and Zn exerted protective effect on SOD activity.In addition,serum contents of Zn,Mn and Se,ratios of Cu/Zn and Cu/Fe, and activity of SOD were closely related to total scores of physiologic-mental-social aging scale(all P 〈0.001).Conclusion The supplement of Zn and Mn increases SOD activity and exerts anti-ag-ing effect.Therefore,it is of great importance to induce Mn,Zn and SOD into the system of aging evaluation.
