摘　　要：因为空气增压机后冷却器和膨胀机增压端冷却器泄漏,水分进入56000 m3/h空分设备的主换热器,堵塞换热通道,导致冷量损失严重。介绍故障发生时运行参数的变化情况和原因查找过程,阐述为防止类似故障再次发生应在空分设备安装和操作方面采取的防范措施。Because of leakage from the post-cooler of air booster and the cooler at the boosting end of the expander, water enters the main heat exchanger of 56000 m^3/h air separation plant, and blocks the heat-exchange passage, which results in serious loss of cooling capacity. Here, the change in the run parameters when the said trouble occurred, the course of finding out the causes for the trouble, and the preventive measures in installation and operation of the air separation plant to avoid re-occurrence of the similar trouble are described.
