摘  要:由于仪表控制系统的DC24 V电源模块故障失电,又未设置冗余结构,而仪表控制系统送到电气MCC柜的停车信号连接的是继电器常开触点,无法实现氧压机联锁停车,导致氧压机组部件损坏,生产中断。介绍事故经过和氧压机组部件损坏情况,阐述在控制系统软、硬件以及管理方面采取的整改和防范措施。Since no abundance structure is designed, the shut signal from the instrument control system to electric MCC cabinet is connected through NO contact of relay, and the failure of DC24 V power module of the instrument control system leads to impossible realization of interlocked shutdown of the oxygen compressor, the trouble results in damage of components of the oxygen compressor and interruption of production. Here, the accident course, and the particulars on damage of components of oxygen compressor are outlined, and the corrective and preventive measures in software, hardware, and management of the control system are described.
