摘  要:选择活性染料诺威克隆和毛绒用兰纳洒脱染料作为实验用染料,分析研究莱赛尔/羊毛/羊绒混纺织物丝网印花用糊料、染料、释酸剂、碱剂的筛选和用量,探讨其对织物强力、色差、K/S值、染色牢度的影响,确定莱赛尔/羊毛/羊绒混纺织物丝网印花工艺。研究结果表明:印制浅色花纹时,采用诺威克隆染料和海藻酸钠糊料,织物色牢度好,K/S值高,色泽鲜艳,且花型轮廓清晰,用小苏打作为碱剂,其用量为0.15%;印制中深色、深色花纹时,选用诺威克隆和兰纳洒脱染料的拼混染料,A-9糊料,用纯碱作为碱剂,其用量为0.2%;释酸剂ADF适宜莱赛尔/羊毛/羊绒混纺织物印花,织物得色量高、染色牢度好。The reactive dyes FN and Lanaset dyes for cashmere were chosen as experiment dyes. The fabric strength, color difference, K/S value and color fastness were learned by selecting and analyzing the amount of paste, dyes, acid releasers, and alkaline agent in the screen printing paste for the blended fabric of Loycell, wool and cashmere. Base on that, the process of blended fabric of Loycell, wool and cashmere was determined. Results indicated that reactive dyes FN and sodium alginate paste was a good option for printing the light color pattern. The color fastness and K/S value were satisfied. The fabric had a fresh and lovely luster and clear profile. Sodium bicarbonate was chosen as alkaline agent and the dosage was 0. 15%. For darker color pattern, the FN and Lanaset dyes were blended with A-9 paste, the sodium bicarbonate was chosen as alkaline agent and the dosage was 0.2% , acid releasers ADF was suitable for blended fabric of Loycell and cashmere. The fabric had a good dyeing effect and color fastness.
