摘 要:介绍机头传动系统结构组成及工作原理,建立机头传动系统拉格朗日动力学模型,讨论多自由度系统振动分析的近似方法与数值方法,利用矩阵迭代法求解同步带传动系统固有频率和振型,导出传动系统的响应表达式。基于MATLAB强大的数学运算功能,编写矩阵迭代算法程序。以实验室电脑横机为研究对象,讨论外激励源频率为传动系统第一阶固有频率时,机头换向时传动系统的响应,求解结果符合实际运动学规律;机头传动系统的建模与分析为电脑横机的稳定运行提供了理论支撑,为传动系统的设计和校核提供了理论依据。The structure and working principle of carriage drive system were introduced in this paper. Dynamics model of carriage drive system had been built here. The approximate method and numerical method in vibration analysis of multiple degree of freedom system were discussed. The method that base on matrix iteration to find natural frequency and mode of carriage drive system were discussed. The system respond expression was also developed. Based on the powerful mathematical operation function of matlab, matrix iteration program was written. At last, the computer flat knitting machine in the laboratory was regarded as the researched object. As the external excitation source frequency was equal to the first order natural frequency. The response of carriage drive system was discussed when the carriage was in reversing. The resuhs consistented with the actual kinematics law. Modeling and analysis of carriage driving system provided the theory support for knitting machine for stable operation, theory evidence in design and check of driving system.
