摘　　要：本文主要介绍乌鲁木齐石化公司化肥厂一化装置充分开发CS3000系统的功能,在不增加DCS系统负荷的情况下,利用SFC功能块对冬季易冻凝的仪表进行监视,发现仪表指示画直线及时报警提示。This paper mainly introduces the Urumqi Petrochemical Company fertilizer plant a device to fully develop the function of CS3000 system, without increasing the load of DCS system, the SFC function block of winter to congeal instrument for monitoring, it is found that the meter indication, draw a straight line timely alarm.
