摘　　要：目的:通过阴道微生态评价指标,了解外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者与健康人群的阴道微生态差异。方法:随机选取四川大学华西第二医院妇科门诊诊断为VVC患者199例,健康育龄妇女412例。经调查病史、年龄后,取阴道分泌物进行阴道微生态检查,包括菌群密集度、菌群多样性、乳酸杆菌、乳酸杆菌分级、唾液酸酶、Nugent评分、白细胞、清洁度、线索细胞、p H值等,进行分析比较。结果:VVC组与健康对照组比较,除菌群多样性和p H值没有显著性差异(P>0.05)外,其余指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。VVC患者平均年龄显著低于健康妇女,菌群密集度、乳酸杆菌、乳酸杆菌分级、唾液酸酶、Nugent评分、白细胞、清洁度和线索细胞明显高于健康对照组。结论:VVC好发于低年龄育龄妇女;通过监测阴道微生态指标的改变,临床医生可根据VVC患者的具体微生态状况而针对性用药。Objective：To investigate the vaginal micro ecological differences between patients with VVC （case group） and healthy women of reproductive age （ control group ） through the evaluation of vaginal micro ecological indicators .Methods：199 patients who were diagnosed as VVC in gynecological outpatient department of West China Second University Hospital , Sichuan University and 412 women of control group were enrolled in our study randomly .Their mrdical history and ages were investigated , and the vaginal micro ecosystem of vaginal discharge were evaluated , which were bacteria density , flora diversity , Lactobacillus , Lactobacillus classification,sialidase,Nugent scores,white blood cells,vaginal depuratory degree ,clue cells,pH value and so on. The differences between the two study groups were calculated with statistical methods .Results：There were significant differences between the case group and the control group inmicro ecological indicators （ P〈0.05） except flora diversity and pH value （ P〉0.05）.The average age of patients with VVC was lower than that of healthy women .The bacteria density, Lactobacillus, Lactobacillus classification,sialidase,Nugent score, white blood cells,vaginal depuratory degree and clue cells of patients with VVC were significantly higher than that of healthy women .Conclusion：VVC often occurs in women of low reproductive age .By monitoring the changes of vaginal micro -ecosystem,clinicians can use targeted drugs in treatment of patients with VVC according to the specific micro ecological status .
